One of the most luxurious ways to unwind in New York City.
AIRE ANCIENT BATHS (TRIBECA, NYC)
I woke up with a smile on my face knowing that I was about to be on my way to one of the most anticipated places in New York City. There I was, in a taxi on my way to Tribeca, with nothing but some swim shorts and a light tank top. Completely ready for one of the most sensual experiences of my life.
As I walked in, I was greeted by the manager right away and I can’t tell you how amazing that felt. Some places make you feel intimidated, as if you don’t belong, but not this place. They were all so amazing and kind. I don’t want to give away too much of the experience but I must say… THIS IS A MUST DO if you’re ever in New York City. Save up those coins cause this will run you between $250 - $600. There’s a reason why celebrities come here, it’s an experience out of this world. Oh how I dream to go back…
(Actually just booked my second trip this month and made a reservation!
My Thoughts:
Imagine being in a sexy dark passionate steam room and walking around with dim lighting while soaking yourself multiple baths. I was in shock to how amazing this place was. The best word to describe it is SEXY. I felt like I was about to be taken away by a Roman God. (okay that’s extra but yea, it’s that good). I started out in the main bath which is almost like a lap pool. The temperature was set to perfection and I was the only one there for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, I went to the salt water flotation pool which was soooo cool! I literally was floating, there is nothing more relaxing than that. Picture being in a candle lit room, floating while “Return to Innocence” by Enigma is lightly playing in the background. I wanted to be TAKEN. I can see why couples come here… I would be ALL over my partner! lmao! Okay, this is not the place for that type of party, lol. After steaming myself in the steam room and giving myself a sea salt scrub bath, I was called into the massage room and had one of… scratch that, THE BEST massage I have ever had. Again, if you have the chance to get to Aire Ancient Baths, Don’t just go to it.. RUN to it.
